Twelve new memory care apartments are coming to Clark Meadows in Canandaigua, according to the Finger Lakes Times. The $2.3 million project is converting eight existing units and adding four more with a 3,500-square-foot expansion.
Construction crews began work this summer, relocating residents with care — even replicating their room setups. The secure unit will include common areas and private bathrooms designed for dementia care.
Clark Meadows raised nearly $960,000 for the project, far surpassing its $650,000 goal. Completion is expected by June 2026.
