Wayne County deputies arrested a Lyons man this week after discovering several active warrants tied to missed court appearances.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, 36-year-old Jonathan Tarver was taken into custody on November 14. The warrants stem from two separate incidents that occurred in the Town of Lyons.
Officials say the warrants were issued by Lyons Town Court Judge Desain after Tarver failed to appear in court on multiple occasions.
He was transported to the Wayne County Jail and is being held pending arraignment in CAP Court.
