Winning TAKE 5 ticket worth $19K sold at Rochester Wegmans

Someone in Rochester just got a big reason to smile — and possibly check their wallet.

The New York Lottery announced that a top-prize winning TAKE 5 ticket worth $19,015 was sold for the November 6 midday drawing at Wegmans #67, located at 525 Titus Avenue in Rochester.

TAKE 5 is one of the Lottery’s most popular daily games, drawing numbers from 1 through 39 twice a day — once at 2:30 p.m. and again at 10:30 p.m..

Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. Those holding the winning ticket are urged to sign the back, keep it safe, and contact the New York Lottery for instructions on how to collect.

In addition to producing winners, the New York Lottery continues to serve a bigger mission. In the 2024–2025 fiscal year, it contributed $3.6 billion to fund public education across New York State, making it the most profitable lottery in North America.
