A man from Albion was arrested for drunk driving after police stopped him for speeding in the early morning hours of October 19.
Officers say Ubilio Lopez-Santiz, 28, was pulled over around 3:16 a.m. on North Main Street. During the stop, police determined he was intoxicated and took him into custody for driving while intoxicated.
Lopez-Santiz was later released to a third party and issued an appearance ticket. He’s expected to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
