A Binghamton woman hit a group of trick-or-treaters while backing out of a driveway in the Town of Chenango, according to WIVT.
The crash happened just before 8 p.m. on Halloween. Deputies say the SUV accelerated into the street and struck four people. One man was pinned under the car until emergency crews freed him. Three victims were rushed to Wilson Hospital with serious injuries.
Deputies say 60-year-old Ann Affolder was impaired and had meth in her SUV. She now faces felony vehicular assault and drug charges and is being held without bail.
