Six tech billionaires now worth over $200 billion each

Six of the world’s wealthiest tech leaders have each surpassed $200 billion in net worth as artificial intelligence fuels massive gains in Big Tech, according to Yahoo Finance. Elon Musk, Larry Ellison, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Page, and Sergey Brin now make up the new “$200 billion club,” replacing the once-exclusive $100 billion benchmark.

The Bloomberg Billionaires Index shows the six are collectively worth about $1.7 trillion. Musk leads with $457 billion, followed by Ellison at $317 billion. Their combined wealth now rivals major corporations like PepsiCo, Uber, and Disney, each valued near $200 billion.

AI-driven stock surges have powered the leap. Oracle’s 54% rally this year lifted Ellison’s stake to record highs, while Alphabet’s 49% climb pushed Page and Brin into the $200 billion tier. Meta, Amazon, and Tesla have also seen sharp increases tied to AI demand and market expansion.

Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer and Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang trail close behind, worth $181 billion and $176 billion respectively. Analysts say they could soon join the club as shares of Microsoft and Nvidia continue to rise amid the global AI investment boom.
