Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel is bringing back its Fire & Ice Festival from January 29–31, 2026, according to WENY.
The popular winter event will feature over 40,000 pounds of carved ice — including sculptures, martini luges, and working ice bars — plus fire pits, food, drinks, and nightly fireworks over Seneca Lake.
Tickets aren’t on sale yet, but proceeds will support local charities.
