Deputies responded to a call just after 8:30 a.m. and found Shepard inside the protected party’s residence while that person was home. She was processed at the Public Safety Building and taken to Centralized Arraignment.

Her bail was set at $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond. Shepard was scheduled to appear in Town of Aurelius Court on October 8 at 7 p.m.
