Tour Cayuga has tapped a familiar face in the region’s tourism world to lead its next chapter in marketing and outreach.
Hilary Fenner has been named Director of Marketing and Sales for Tour Cayuga, the official tourism promotion agency for Cayuga County.
Fenner brings a strong background in tourism and community development. As former executive director of the Skaneateles Area Chamber of Commerce and Skaneateles Foundation, she led digital campaigns, expanded tourism revenue, and coordinated major events. She also serves on the New York State Tourism Industry Association Board and volunteers with several local organizations.
In her new role, Fenner will lead group sales and marketing efforts to draw visitors, support local businesses, and build stronger community partnerships.
Tour Cayuga’s outgoing executive director, Karen Kühl, called her “a perfect match,” while incoming director Courtney Kasper praised her “strategic outreach and innovative destination marketing.”
Fenner said she’s excited to help promote the diverse experiences throughout Cayuga County and looks forward to working with community partners.
