Deputies arrested a Canandaigua man Thursday afternoon after he failed to appear in court on a license-related charge.
Austin Sherman Brown, 30, was taken into custody at his home on Camelot Drive around 12:51 p.m., according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest stems from a bench warrant issued by Canandaigua City Court after Brown failed to appear on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.
Deputies say the arrest was made without incident. Brown was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he’s being held pending arraignment.
