A Seneca Falls man is back in custody after police say he violated the terms of his release following a recent conviction.
On September 27, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 48-year-old Robert Flavin on a bench warrant issued after he failed to comply with the conditions of his discharge.
Flavin was previously convicted of petit larceny. Following the violation, he was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is awaiting arraignment.
