A Rochester man is facing felony drug charges after Geneva police say he sold narcotics from a home on Genesee Street.
On Tuesday afternoon, September 23, members of the Geneva Police Department’s Detective Bureau arrested 27-year-old Shimal A. Slade for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
The arrest followed a multi-week investigation. Police say Slade had about $800 on him when taken into custody. He was processed at the Geneva Police Department and then transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
Slade was released without bail and is scheduled to appear in Geneva City Court at a later date.
