A 27-year-old man is facing multiple charges after deputies say he drove while intoxicated and refused a breath test during an investigation in the Town of Palmyra.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Andrew Kujawski, of Macedon Center Road, on the night of September 18 after deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies located Kujawski on Maple Avenue, where he admitted to driving shortly before their arrival. He also allegedly refused to perform field sobriety tests.
Kujawski was taken into custody and charged with:
- Driving While Intoxicated
- Aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or higher)
- Open Container in a Motor Vehicle
- Refusal to Take a Breath Test
He was processed at the sheriff’s office and released with appearance tickets. Kujawski is scheduled to appear in Palmyra Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
