A former New York tax auditor took Florida strip club trips in exchange for slashing millions in taxes, according to the Times Union.
RCI Hospitality Holdings and five top executives face nearly 80 charges for allegedly bribing the auditor with hotel stays, meals, and up to $5,000 in daily club cash to dodge $8 million in sales tax.
The scheme dates back to 2010 and involved falsifying records and openly discussing bribes in texts. If convicted, key execs face up to 25 years in prison.
