Thousands lost power across Ontario and Wayne counties Tuesday night, but most RG&E customers had service back by 9:45 p.m.
Farmington and Victor were hardest hit, with over 7,600 outages in Ontario County alone. Just over 1,000 customers in Wayne County also went dark.
RG&E hasn’t yet confirmed the cause of the outage.
