A new food pantry in Odessa is now open to all, no income requirements needed, according to local officials. The Wellness Warehouse Pantry launched Thursday behind Village Hall, led by Trustee Kristine Gardner and in partnership with the Food Bank of the Southern Tier.
Open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, the pantry offers fruits, veggies, cereals, and more. A dozen families stopped by on opening day, and organizers are hoping to expand hours with more volunteers.
