A Steuben County man was ticketed in Penn Yan earlier this month after police say he was caught driving with both a suspended registration and no insurance.
Officers stopped 24-year-old Peyton C. Buck on Brown Street around 9:06 a.m. on Sept. 4, according to a news release from the Penn Yan Police Department.
A registration check revealed the vehicle Buck was driving had a suspended New York State registration, and that it was not currently insured.
Buck was issued tickets for the violations and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
