Deputies in Yates County are searching for a man wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court and bail jumping.
Authorities say 53-year-old Wesley C. Roberts is facing charges of bail jumping in the 3rd degree and failure to appear on a misdemeanor case. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Roberts is described as a white male with blond hair and blue eyes. His height and weight were not listed.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to call 315-536-4438 or send a text tip by texting “YATES” to 847411.
