Seneca Falls Supervisor Frank Schmitter says contract talks with the Civil Service Employees Association are moving forward, according to the Finger Lakes Times.
Both sides tentatively agreed on a four-year pay increase plan, with raises ranging from 3% to 4%. The final sticking point is health insurance, with another meeting set for Sept. 17 to wrap up negotiations.
The union won’t elect officers until the initial contract is ratified.
