A bench warrant in Yates County has been issued for a man who failed to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge.
Zachary W. Michaud, 41, is wanted for failing to show up as required. Deputies say the warrant is for a failure to appear, not a new offense.
Michaud is described as 6’2” tall, weighing 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on October 12, 1983.
