A pedestrian was taken to the hospital Wednesday afternoon after being hit by a vehicle in the parking lot of Kwik Fill in Seneca Falls.
The incident happened around 3:33 p.m. on September 3. According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, a driver was backing up when they struck a person walking through the lot.
The pedestrian sustained injuries and was transported to Geneva General Hospital for treatment. Police say the driver was issued multiple citations at the scene.
The Seneca Falls Fire Department, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and North Seneca Ambulance all assisted in the response.
