A man was killed Tuesday when a tractor flipped and trapped him beneath it in Chili, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident happened around 12:30 p.m. on private property near Scottsville-Chili Road. Emergency crews freed the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. Deputies are still investigating.
His name hasn’t been released yet, pending family notification.
