A traffic stop in the Town of Huron led to the arrest of a 28-year-old Albion man early Thursday morning.
Felix Rita was pulled over on State Route 104, where deputies say he showed signs of intoxication. After performing field sobriety tests, Rita refused to take a roadside breath test.
He was arrested and brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where he also refused to submit to a chemical breath test. Deputies issued him citations for driving while intoxicated and failure to dim headlights.
Rita was taken to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment. He’s due back in Huron Town Court at a later date.
