Waterloo approves $5M for new water district

New water lines are coming to parts of Waterloo after the Town Board approved nearly $5 million in bonding, according to the Finger Lakes Times.

The funding will build out the Hecker, Brewer, Edwards, and Packwood Road water district, with nearly $3 million expected from state and federal grants.

Crews will connect homes to the system, add meters and hydrants, and link to the village’s supply line under Waterloo-Geneva Road.
