A Tompkins County native was killed in an unprovoked stabbing while waiting at a San Francisco bus stop, according to police.
Colden Kimber, a Dryden Central School graduate, was attacked on July 26 in the city’s Taraval District. Responding officers found him wounded at Ocean and Lee avenues. He was hospitalized but later died.
A 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged with homicide. Friends say Kimber was with his girlfriend at the time, and the attack occurred in front of families and children.
