A woman was arrested Friday night after allegedly stealing merchandise from a department store at Eastview Mall.
Deputies with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office charged Alicia Diane Sigl, 35, of Sodus Center Road, with petit larceny after a complaint at the Macy’s in Victor.
According to investigators, Sigl concealed $107.93 worth of merchandise and exited the store without paying. Deputies arrested her around 8:03 p.m. and transported her to the Eastview Mall Substation for processing.
She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Victor Town Court at a later date.
