Seneca County Sheriff’s Office to host community open house in September

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office is inviting the public to go behind the scenes this fall during a special Open House event at the county’s Law Enforcement Center.

The free, family-friendly event will be held Saturday, September 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 6150 Route 96 in Romulus. Organizers say the goal is to strengthen community connections and give residents an inside look at the daily work of local law enforcement.

The open house will feature demonstrations, exhibits, and a Safe Child ID Booth. Attendees will also be able to tour the facility and speak directly with members of the Sheriff’s Office. The department’s Recruitment Team will be on-site to answer questions for anyone interested in a law enforcement career.

The event is open to all ages and no registration is required.
