Fire crews in Fleming responded to a tractor fire Saturday evening at Lincoln Dairy, where hay buildup on the motor ignited.
The Fleming Fire Department was dispatched at 5:16 p.m. to the scene. Upon arrival, Command 5 confirmed a minor fire and requested only Engine 3 to continue in for support.
Firefighters quickly brought the situation under control, extinguishing hot spots on the tractor. Officials later determined that the blaze began due to hay accumulation on the engine.
All units cleared the scene by 6:00 p.m.
