NY recalls 37 cannabis products over pesticide concerns

New York’s cannabis regulators have expanded a product recall to 37 items from IndoGro LLC, citing unsafe pesticide levels and unlicensed cannabis sources, according to WSYR. While no illnesses have been reported, officials warn the products are “adulterated” and potentially harmful.

Recalled items, sold under brands like Indi and Grow with Us, include flower, pre-rolls, and other cannabis forms. Dispensaries must stop sales immediately, and consumers can return affected products—even if opened—to where they were purchased.

The Office of Cannabis Management is still investigating and urges anyone experiencing health issues to contact a doctor or Poison Control at 800-222-1222.
