The Seneca Falls Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted for violating a court-ordered conditional discharge stemming from a petit larceny charge.
James G. Porto, 63, is currently wanted by police for failing to comply with the conditions of his original sentencing. Authorities issued the alert as part of their “Warrant Wednesday” initiative aimed at locating individuals with active warrants.
Porto is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 300 pounds, with gray balding hair and brown eyes.
