Leadership Ontario has opened applications for its 2025–2026 program year, inviting emerging and established leaders across Ontario County to apply by August 1.
Now entering its fourth cohort, the program aims to equip participants with the tools and insight needed to make a meaningful impact in their communities and careers. Through a blend of leadership development, community engagement, and peer collaboration, participants will tackle real-world challenges shaping the region.
“Leadership Ontario gave me the space to reflect on the kind of leader I want to be — one rooted in empathy, connection and care,” said Jackie Tiermini, a 2025 alum. “Each session was intentionally designed, and the support from both the organizers and my cohort made this a truly meaningful experience.”
The program includes access to thought leaders, immersive sessions, and collaborative projects. Partial scholarships are available for applicants who demonstrate leadership potential and financial need.
A virtual information session hosted by Leadership Development Director Kristen Fragnoli is scheduled for July 23 at noon. Interested individuals can email Tracey Dello Stritto at tracey@onchamber.com to receive access details.
