Florida woman charged with DWI in Seneca County

A Florida woman faces a misdemeanor charge after being arrested for driving while intoxicated in the Village of Waterloo, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Tim Thompson reported that Nancy H. Iannopollo, 63, of Fort Myers, Florida, was stopped by deputies around 10:30 p.m. on June 19 after being observed driving with insufficient tail lamps.

Following a roadside investigation, Iannopollo was administered field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. A chemical breath test later revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.10%, exceeding the legal limit.

She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Village Court on July 16, 2025, to answer the charge.
