Deputies were called to a Maple Street residence around 11:32 p.m. on June 5 for a report of an unwanted person inside the home. Their investigation determined Partridge had entered the home without permission, taken clothing, and caused damage to the property.

He was arrested shortly after and brought to the Public Safety Building for processing. Partridge was arraigned in CAP Court the following morning, where a full stay-away order of protection was issued. He is scheduled to appear in Genoa Town Court at a later date.
