Seneca Falls man arrested for driving drunk without a license

A 20-year-old Seneca Falls man is facing multiple charges after police say he was driving drunk without a license over the weekend.

Officers with the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Baudilio R. Ramirez on Saturday, June 21, following a traffic stop on State Route 5. Police initially stopped Ramirez for not having a front license plate on his vehicle.

During the roadside investigation, officers determined that Ramirez was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. They also discovered he did not have a valid driver’s license. Police say his blood alcohol content was at or above 0.08 percent.

Ramirez was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of 0.08% or more, operating a motor vehicle under the age of 21 after consuming alcohol, unlicensed operation, and no front plate.

He was processed and released with an appearance ticket. Ramirez is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
