The Seneca County Arts Council’s Artworks Gallery has announced Heather Olson as juror for its Summer 2025 Juried Art Show, which will run from July 18 to August 28 in downtown Seneca Falls.
Olson is the Executive Director and Gallery Curator at Main Street Arts in Clifton Springs. She brings a wide-ranging background in art and education, including time spent as a resident artist at the Chautauqua Institution and studies in Florence, Italy.
An opening reception will take place Friday, July 18, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the gallery, located at 109 Fall Street. Awards selected by Olson include a Juror’s Choice and Best in Show ($150 each), plus two Honorable Mentions ($50 each). A People’s Choice vote, determined by gallery visitors, will award the winner a 2026 gallery membership.
Artists may submit up to two pieces for entry between July 10 and 12 during regular gallery hours, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The entry fee is $25 for members and $35 for non-members. All entries must be original, clearly labeled, and ready to hang or display.
The juried show is supported by a grant from the Bonafiglia Foundation. Entry forms and more details are available at artsinseneca.org.
