Deputies in Wayne County arrested two Lyons residents accused of conspiring to steal merchandise from a local Aldi store.
Authorities charged Brandon Impson, 33, and Destiny Mantooth, 34, after an investigation on Thursday morning found them near the store with approximately $90 worth of stolen items.
Both suspects face charges of petit larceny and conspiracy in the sixth degree. Deputies issued appearance tickets, and Impson and Mantooth will appear in Lyons Town Court on July 8 at 8:30 a.m.
