A woman already incarcerated in the Steuben County Jail is facing new charges after allegedly using another person’s benefit card to obtain unauthorized public assistance.

Sheriff Jim Allard announced that on June 17, investigators arrested Hanna M. Fuller, 22, in connection with the alleged misuse of food stamps. Authorities say Fuller used the benefit card on March 28, which had been issued by the county’s Department of Social Services.
