The Watkins Glen Writer’s Group will host poet Martha Deed for a reading on June 23 at the Colonial Inn & Creamery.
The event begins at 7 p.m. as part of the Watkins Glen Reading Series. Attendees can arrive early at 5:30 p.m. for pizza and conversation. Deed, known for her reflective and politically attuned poetry, will read from her newest collection and earlier works.
An open mic session will follow for others to share their writing.
