A Seneca Falls woman was arrested on Tuesday evening on a bench warrant issued by Ontario County Court after failing to comply with a court-ordered program.
Deputies took Shaniqura N. Bailey, 31, into custody at 5:40 p.m. on June 17. The warrant stems from Bailey’s failure to participate in a mandated program following her guilty plea to third-degree burglary under New York Penal Law 140.20.
Following her arrest, Bailey was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where she will be held pending her next court appearance in Ontario County Court.
