A Lyons man was arrested following a domestic violence investigation in the Town of Lyons, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Patrick J. Frank, 39, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Deputies allege that Frank violated an active stay-away order of protection and then refused to comply with officer commands before fleeing the scene on foot.
Frank was apprehended and arraigned at the Wayne County Jail on the morning of June 18. He is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
