The agenda includes a fence review for Vivian Dendecker at 8403 Wickham Boulevard, who seeks to maintain a living fence and allow it to grow to 10 feet in height under Village Code 121 and 190-22(g).

James Gruttaduaria, at 8116 Margaretta Road, has submitted a final site plan to install a 10-by-16-foot shed to be used as a retail storefront per his business plan, citing Village Code 190-49.

Patrick Tobin has two applications listed. The first is a final subdivision review to transfer a 3-by-135.2-foot strip from 8385 South Shore Road to the neighboring 8387 property, aiming to clear up a boundary line issue (Village Code 190-50). Tobin also seeks approval to construct a 2,867-square-foot single-family home at 8387 South Shore Road, citing Village Code 190-49.

The final item is a fence review for David Gitsis at 7308 Route 14, who plans to construct a four-foot fence per the submitted plot drawing, referencing Village Code 190-22 and 121.

By order of the Village of Sodus Point Planning Board, the public is invited to observe the meeting.
