Shaina Zazzaro, known locally as Mrs. Rochester, was crowned Mrs. New York American 2025 during a pageant held at the RIT Inn and Conference Center. She will now represent New York in the national Mrs. American Pageant in Las Vegas.
A mother of two and business owner, Zazzaro also raised funds for Junior Achievement of Central Upstate New York through a charity contest tied to the competition. Her journey has been spotlighted in the past, including a feature about how she and her husband met as food truck owners.
With her new title, Zazzaro aims to bring her story and advocacy to a national stage later this year.
