An 18-year-old Walworth resident was arrested Thursday after allegedly assaulting his mother during a domestic disturbance, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the incident on North Lincoln Road at 5:34 p.m. on June 12.
Noah Gumble was taken into custody and charged with assault in the third degree after he allegedly shoved his mother, causing her to fall and suffer a head laceration.
Gumble was transported to the Wayne County Jail and is being held pending arraignment through the Centralized Arraignment Program, scheduled for 7:00 a.m. on June 13.
