A Hornell woman was arrested Thursday afternoon following a shoplifting incident at Von Maur in the Town of Victor, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say Melissa A. Paoletti, 51, was taken into custody after allegedly passing all points of sale without paying for $236 worth of merchandise at the Eastview Mall location.
The incident occurred around 4:27 p.m. on June 12. Paoletti has been charged with larceny and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
