Ontario County deputies arrested a Farmington man on June 12 after locating him at his residence in connection with a bench warrant issued by Canandaigua Town Court.
Anthony Edward Curran, 36, was taken into custody without incident at 111 Tidd Circle at approximately 6:26 p.m. The warrant was issued after Curran failed to appear in court on a previous petit larceny charge.
Deputies transported Curran to the Ontario County Jail, where he was later released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
