Ontario County deputies arrested a North Rose man early Tuesday morning on an outstanding bench warrant issued by the Canandaigua Town Court.
Kevin L. Wilson, 67, was taken into custody at 5:14 a.m. on June 3 for failing to appear in court to answer a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Wilson was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending his next court appearance.
