The Montezuma Audubon Center launched its annual online auction Monday to raise funds for bird conservation across the Finger Lakes region, including at the Montezuma Wetlands Complex and Onondaga Lake.
Bidding is open through Tuesday, June 10, at 5 p.m. here. The auction features birding adventures, paddling trips, nature photography, wine, overnight stays, and passes to local attractions.
“We are committed to protecting vulnerable birds and their habitats, today and tomorrow,” said Chris Lajewski, director of the Montezuma Audubon Center and the Onondaga Lake Conservation Corps. “Online Auction participants will help us elevate the impact of our work.”
Proceeds will support Audubon’s conservation projects and community programs throughout key bird habitats in central New York.
