A man was arrested Friday morning following a domestic incident in Seneca Falls that left a woman with minor injuries.
Francis J. Mccormack, 45, was taken into custody on May 30 at 8:41 a.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, the arrest followed a domestic dispute earlier that morning in which Mccormack pushed a female victim to the sidewalk. The woman suffered minor lacerations to her hands from the fall.
Mccormack was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Part Court. Police said an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
