A single-vehicle crash led deputies to arrest a woman on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in the Town of Sennett.
Susan L. Maund, 47, of Victory, was charged on May 28 with two counts of DWI, including driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher.
The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded around 2:13 p.m. to the area of North Street Road and Turnpike Road, where they found a vehicle off the road with no one inside. Further investigation led to Maund, who deputies determined had been operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
She was issued appearance tickets for Sennett Town Court on June 4 at 5 p.m.
