Deputies arrested a Dundee man early Saturday morning after discovering he had an active warrant out of a neighboring county.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to Highland Drive apartments in Dundee around 2:00 a.m. on May 24 for a complaint.
While interviewing people at the scene, deputies learned that 35-year-old Brien A. Bergmark had an outstanding warrant from the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
Bergmark was taken into custody without incident and turned over to Schuyler County deputies.
